Black Table is a post-metal band with members from New Jersey and New York.

Native Californian Mers Sumida plays guitar and performs vox.

Ryan Fleming, born in the Bronx, was lead guitar for Randall Flagg until their initial break up in 2009. He is also a guitarist in Black Table as well as Empier, Randall Flaggs successor.

Matt Mellon was one of the founding members of New York’s technical jazz metal act Mabus . He was the bassist in the group until they disbanded in 2010, after nearly a decade.

Mike Kadnar is from Sleepy Hollow, NY and is sponsored by Dark Horse Percussion in New Jersey. He performed in Mabus and is also the drummer for Empier.

  We are happy to announce that we will be releasing our vinyl 12” record independently and will let you guys know when we have an official in hand date and will set up preorders.
  
  Unfortunately things did not work out with our collaboration with Battle Stag Records, but we are excited to have this opportunity to produce our first vinyl ourselves. We know that there are many people anxious to get the vinyl and we are sorry it has taken this long, but unforeseen things happened out of our control. We will be proceeding on our own.
  
  We will not be playing at the Heirloom Arts Center on Saturday due to this fork in the road, but we wish Battle Stag all the best.
